Gourmet Footwear has partnered with Bay Area’s Black Scale on this all black interpretation of the brand’s 35 silhouette. The upper is constructed of premium black leather with subtle slices covering the surface, giving the leather an unusual snake-like appearance and texture. “Blvck Gourmet” is releasing May 25 at all Black Scale flagship stores and online at black-scale.com.

UNDFTD joins forces with San Diego’s Leader Bike and Los Angeles-based fixed-gear freestyle rider Michael Chacon on a set of unique bikes. The San Diego company takes care of the sponsoring for the bikes Chacon rides while the streetwear label sends some gear his way. Together the two brands customized a 735 track bike and a Hurricane freestyle bike. Reflective decals from UNDFTD line the frames and fork, giving the bikes an extra layer of detail. No word on any public release for the rides but we’ll be sure to keep you posted as we hear more.

UNDERCOVER continues to create some interesting knits for the spring/summer 2013 collection in the K4910-1 Sweater. Consistent with UNDERCOVERISM style, the sweater looks like a regular 2-toned knit sweater at first glance; however the focal point of the light weight sweater is on the rear sleeve where the knit becomes a collage of vibrant triangles. The geometric clad knit provides some nice spring time pop to an otherwise understated piece.
