A true classic, the New Balance 577 was one of the most celebrated runners of the late 80s. A more slim-line version of the famous 576, the design was simple and understated and re-issues of this Flimby favourite – still made here in England – are always warmly received, and this time is no exception. Part of the ‘Test Match Pack’ this shoe is inspired by the world of cricket, in this case the shoe represents the red leather ball used in the longer form of the game, and similarly will patina and wear with age.
