A designer that defined the state of British fashion during the turn of the century, the late Alexander McQueen was a pioneer for many with his swashbuckling marriage of Savile Row-inspired tailoring and dark, gothic imagery. Presided over by former PA turned accomplice Sarah Burton, Alexander McQueen’s menswear line is now it’s 20th season and still holds the same values as McQueen laid down over 10 years ago.
Lending the pioneering attention to detail and sophisticated construction signature to the brand for to a selection of unique essentials, the Spring/Summer 2015 collection is tied together with the brand’s use of fabrics. Combining two iconic pieces of outerwear, the Leather Collar Denim Jacket combines the classic trucker jacket silhouette with detailing from archive biker jackets. Cut from a heavyweight denim, it is closed with a full button placket, equipped with three leather trimmed pockets and finished with a leather trimmed collar.
