When the first Air Jordan 5 “3LAB5″ released there was a polarizing effect on the sneakerhead community. Some absolutely loved the shoe, while others felt as though it was too over the top and ugly. Despite both arguments the shoes weren’t on shelves for more than a day. Now Jordan looks to move forward with the “3LAB5″ scheme which takes a classic Jordan element, the elephant print, and covers a whole shoe. This time around they step into familiar territory with the black and infrared colorway. The colorway became beloved on models like the Air Jordan 6. Maybe this will get more widespread acclaim for the 3LAB5s. Only time will tell. Check back with us as more information surfaces.
