Nike Unveils The Nike Air Flightposite Exposed

October 24, 2013

They say if it ain’t broke don’t fix it, but sometimes an upgrade or tweak is just enough to breathe new life into a shoe. Case in point: Nike Air Flightposite Exposed. The model was none for its long standing zip-up look. Now Nike has tossed the zipper and added laces for the exposed look. The sleek Nike Basketball shoe still looks great, especially in its inaugural zebra print colorway. Here’s Nike’s official word:

“First introduced in 1999, the Air Flightposite drew upon inspiration from futuristic concept cars to create the sleekest and most responsive basketball model of its time. The shoe became instantly recognizable, on the court as well as off of it, for its molded Posite upper and lace-cover shroud.

Basketball players and sneakerheads around the world embraced the Flightposite. And now it’s back and exposed like never before. The Flightposite for 2013 sheds the shroud and features the design’s signature molded upper in an all-over zebra print. Accompanying a red outsole, translucent red overlays line the side of the shoe for extra pops of color. An Air Force 1 also adopts this all-over zebra & red colorway highlighted by a reflective zebra print.”

You can grab these kicks this weekend on October 26th for $210 at your local retailer.
