After staying in San Francisco for his recent show at White Walls Gallery, our home grown Melbourne based artist Meggs headed south to Los Angeles for a few days. First of his two murals in LA is this brightly colored 15’ x 50’ phoenix above an older piece by Anthony Lister. This was a Branded Arts and Thinkspace Gallery project in Culver City, CA. Meggs will be in a group show at Thinkspace’s Marvelous Expeditions coming up on September 1st featuring new works and an installation from Dabs Myla along with a curated group show featuring 32 artists from around the globe.
