Longines 1942 Heritage Chronograph

May 5, 2012

Longines is launching various new models this year to to mark its 180th anniversary, and thus far the lineup has been impressive. Here is another to add to that list… introducing the 1942 Heritage Chronograph. This beautiful time piece was directly inspired by a model dating from 1942 which was fitted with calibre 13ZN. This new timepiece has a circular steel case with a diameter of 40mm and an automatic mechanical column-wheel chronograph movement designed exclusively for Longines (ETA). Vintage style round pushers are consistent with timepieces from the 1940s. The lacquered dial is available in white or black. Overall a very sharp looking watch indeed.
