Inspired by the supercar Bugatti Veyron, italian pen maker Ferrari da Varese came up with this exclusive pen. The Bugatti Type A pen was designed by Luigi Trenti and is a limited edition pen made from the same grade aluminum as the Veyron’s engine with a stainless steel grip. It took them two years to get the barrel plated with nickel, sterling silver and palladium and finally finishing it with a platinum polish along with rhodium plated 18-karat gold nib to ensure smooth writing. These beauties are limited to just 499 units of fountain pens and 499 units of roller ball pens, which will also come with a superb handcrafted manual. Check out the jump for a more detailed look at the instrument.
